              I know it would be way hard to Trademark, and you can bet that Source would be one of many that would come after us. We don't want to be dicks, well not this time, and piss someone off for no reason. One thing to consider when thinking of names, is whether it can/would create confusion for the consumer. Meaning, would Joe Blow be confused as to whether HOTRODSPOT was HOT ROD magazine or something else. Consumer confusion is a big one. And given the growing level of consumer idiocy, we have our work cut out for us. HA HA HA
