Guess who I saw today.

Yap the old guy still looks good. He even took a second to say hi. Which I can't say about the rest of the race teams.

They were doing a test and tune this weekend at Firebird, all the big names were there, it was definitely a good time. Even though it cost $38 to park and get in(with the kids free), and it was $32 for three drinks and 3 hotdogs. :o But it was worth it to be with my kids and keep the hobby going.

When we first walked up to John Forces pits they had just started one of the cars, I ran up and took a pic, holding my breath until the nitro started burning my eyes. Then I had to make a break for it before I passed out. ;) ;D

Tubbed, I will say you are the real deal for supporting racing by going out to the track. I noticed they are building a large casino / hotel complex very close to the entrance, I hope long term that does not cause problems for Charlie.

Ya I noticed that to, it looks like it's going to be a really nice place. I'm figuring they are building it to support the racers, you know have a closer place for them to stay, and hey it's on the Res, so gambling is legal. ;)

Nope didn't see her, just John. But I have to say their pit area consists of about six Semi's trailers, definitely the biggest operation there.
