Stick that S-10 in the weeds.
Are you allowed to blank off lights and Grille? Get some more Aero working for you.

My Father has a 1999 S-10 (4 Cyl) Extended Cab Truck for sale. It has the Rounded Front End on it.
I was thinking of picking it up and building it for a Class other than yours. Unless you know
someone that might want it. It has been having problems holding a charge though. (He does'nt
Drive anymore).
The Truck is super clean and is always parked under the Carport. White with Blue Interior.
The Truck is in Helen, GA. I need to Call Him and find out how much he wants for it.

I stay away from the Classes my friends run in, just to keep them Friends. I am looking to stepup my attempts
for a really fast ride. To many people are getting into the Sport and are going for the lower Classes (G) to be specific.
It's cheap and everyone drives a Honda, so I'm looking at going for an all out experience, It may take a few years but, I'm on the way.

That sure is a pretty Engine Though.
WIth all the talk about Leaf Springs on the board. Would a Four Link, or Ladder Bar setup be good
to run under a Truck, and get it into the weeds? It is so easy to set one up cause you can remove the bed
for Fabbing it up. There are so many kits out on the market for S-10's, especially for the new Body style.
The 6 cyl Class is wide open, so are all the other CLasses when it come down to it.

The first thing I would do is remove body off of frame.Box the frame, redo body mounts. Then lower the truck. Then install cage.A 4 link will work. But so do leafs.just what you want to do is the way to go.
Had I known thats the way I would have done it.It is hard toget a jack under my truck behind the front tires.but the body has 6-8 inches of clearance there. That is why I would remount the body.
My weight is 3062 53% on front,it was 3232 54% on front.I would like for maxton 2950 51/52% on front.Add weight for salt/dirt.

If I run only at Maxton, could'nt a light vehical be alright like a drag car? I am very limited on HP, so I need something light that I can get moving. They make every panel out of Glass for an S-10. Even the Bed. Run Lexan Windows to.
Something about 2200 - 2800 Lbs. Work on alot of Aero Stuff to clean it up a bunch. I have a Website that I go to that has some really great deals on Bodies, and Panels for S-10's, all performance stuff. I need to look it up again and I will send it to you by PM.
