Stock early 351W for Sale $300

Discounted for the Carjunkies! My '64 Ranchero I just picked up has a very strong running 2v 351W in it. I am going to replace it with my 302. Motor runs great. Comes complete from carb to pan. Needs a gasket kit, but runs great. I have a couple pics of it in the car. Possible part trade for 2.5 in. mufflers, or 64-65 Ranchero parts.

Some stuff I need:
8 in. Ford gears and limited slip diff.
Set of ready to run SBF heads
New 650-750 carb. Prefer Edelbrock/ Carter
Painless wiring kit or equivelent
