I'm waist deep in small blocks. all of them are stock except one though. The warmed up one is your basic .030 over forged piston, steel crank, dart headed 355.I'll try to get pics up of the big block in the car. I got it running 1 week before the woodward dream cruise. It was a busy week.I spray bombed the camaro with gray primer to make it one color and drove it down. ;D I took it to the track and got a 12.76 at the end of the day. I know that the car has a lot more left in it. I believe it needs ALOT more cam than it currently has in it.

I just threw away a 2.0 4popper out of my daughters totaled sunbird . Wanted to make a sandrail out of it and the front drive and the suspension and head up to silver lake. Decided I had to many irons in the fire.4.3 and also a factory 305 roller cam motor, And a soft 2nd gear 700r4 threw them all in the astro project hauled it to the auto shreader parted out the doors kept the rear axle for wife's safari and netted $500, then bought the formula ........same money .really cleaned out the garage!Still have another 305,My355 (9to 1 comp.) cam is a hydr. copy of the old LT1. Plan on putting it in the TA sometime.

I've got a thing for those trucks too. I have a '77 C-20 and a '78 Crew cab dually, both with facotry 454's.
