No. Not at all.

I'm not a referee, don't intend to be one, don't ever want to be one. Let's see how this thread plays out. Trust me, and then don't ever trust me again if it bombs.

I want to. I think I will sleep an entire week. Why am I awake already? Who has the remote control for my dogs?

In the interest of getting along here for a while, and world peace...... The least NSFW I could find.

peewee, I never met you but I love you...but I got to say...if you worked for me with this upbeat positive attitude I would shove you in a intake and power up and blow your mutilated chard remains all over the tarmac...

Its a military thing, if we find someone who is perpetually happy, we wonder what illicit meds they are on. That makes them a danger to the rest of us, so we shove them in running engines...

That's great writing there Joe! And It would probably be interesting to a civilian to see the inner workings of an engine that defends our country. Especially up so close!

Wonder if anybody caught that news story this week about the guy who got his right arm chomped off below the elbow by an alligator while swimming in a river in Florida?

He came out saying he was glad it was his right arm instead of his left because he uses his left one to steer his air boat.

And he also said he was glad it got him instead of his buddies he was swimming with, because he was able to perform some sort of fancy wrestling move with the gator that he learned from a reality show, a move that allowed him to get loose from the gator, sans his right arm. He knew any of his buddies wouldn't have been able to do that.

my favorite bit about that story is he wants the allegator's head to use as an arm rest

Okay, I'll come clean here. I really do try to maintain a positive attitude about things on a daily basis, but I'm not every day good at it. None of us are. Some days I still maintain my positive attitude, but in cases I'm "positive" that everything in front of me is screwed up.

My mindset came from so many hours being trained in the world of training and leadership, all the seminars, motivational speakers, etc...some of it is bound to soak in. And some (a little bit of it, thankfully) did.

But years ago I worked around a guy who was overly happy every day. I mean, "How ya DOIN today, ain't it a beautiful day?" He was just too much, he never stopped. I mean even when there was a bad situation he didn't let up. "Ohh that's nothing, it'll be alright"

To the point that after some months I just wanted to tell him to shut up. Unrealistically positive and happy all the time, no matter the circumstances.

But the one thing that I do believe is that life is ..... the drastically worn out but true analogy....life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it, or how you care to interpret it.

And if anybody's not already directly in tune with that, the reason I started this particular thread is that BangShift Brothers are sniping at each other to the point that more Brothers are posting about it. And I don't like it. In the past two weeks or so, it's seemed to have turned into that.

And I'm not a referee, and I have no dog in the hunt whatsoever other than I joined 2 1/2 years ago. Nobody should have any reason to care if I like it or not. But I don't like it. I've been through two divorces, and this is looking like one going on.

I don't want to leave. Sure I can just avoid the "calling you out thread," and enjoy the others. But....

Shut Up peewee, just shut up.

I'm worked up about this. At the moment I type this, there are 10 members and 70 guests viewing the forum. What do the guests see? Has it become a hotrod forum they might be interested in joining and contributing something?

Nearly my sentiments entirely. And after so long it's a dadgum freakin' shame.

Wonder, can BS merge with the Yellow Bullet? Might as well. And it's sure not about not about Brian and Chad.

What a frickin shame.
