I am looking at a crank case vacuum pump for the purpose built nitrous engine of mine. Any input as to preferred name brands? This is a street/strip vehicle, 489 BBC (Drag Week, baby!). I have looked at Moroso's and GZ motorsports. Who has the best?

They all suck (sorry - SOMEBODY had to say it). Have you looked into Dyson? Guaranteed to never lose suction.
Which is to say - I have no clue. I'm old enough to remember when state of the art was a repurposed smog pump.

The small Star Machine unit is great and not crazy $$$. I have some good friends who run GZ's with good street strip durability. I run a Peterson Wide-Vac external oil pump which has two dry sump style scavenge sections, has been great.
