I enjoyed it also. I remember that Chevy II from a few different mag's. The '80s was my era ;D! Like a buddy of mine says "A happier and simpler time, when the only thing we had to fear was thermonuclear annihilation" :P :P

My buddy has this 70 El Camino SS in his garage...



It still has that nice, many many coated laquer paint, though it no longer has the wheelie bars or the blower engine... and it has 17" polished Americans... very low mileage true super sport that has magazine history. If any of you's guys wants to drop 30K on it, he's got current pictures. Although it's got a new hood that's only black, he still has the blower hood with the graphics if you want total retro.
