VIDEO SHRINKING PROBLEM

I have some VOB files that I am trying to shrink down so I can upload them to carjunkietv. I found a site that converts them but it shrinks them too small. 14mb to 3.73 So I can now uplaod them without a problem but the resolution is all grainy and hard to see. I used ZAMZAR.com. Can anyone recomend something better.

I converted form VOB to MPG. Would a different file type bring me better resolution.

Yes 10mb. and 4 min length.
