    The official Junkies ET/MPH list

I've seen this on other boards and liked it, so let's start a string where you post as much detail as you can about your car, weight, engine, drivetrain, then tell us the 60-foot time, 1/8-mile e.t. and mph, and 1/4-mile et and mph from your best-ever pass. Also tell us what track you were at, and give use the weather conditions if you can.

It's always interesting to me to see other people's setups and real-world et numbers.

    '68 Biscayne, 4100lbs with me.
427+.060-439". 10.0:1, heavily ported Merlins with 2.25"/1.88", mechanical flat tappet 257/270 @.050- .640/.670- 113.5 LCA, C-454 with 1" open spacer and 1050, 2" primary headers w/3" large case Flowmasters 18" back from collector flange-no tail pipes. 6800rpm shift point
    TH400 with tight 10" converter-3500 rpm max.(column shift!)
    12 bolt with 3.90 gears
    295/50/15 Hoosier Quicktimes
    pump gas

    11.67 @ 116.9, 1.88 60' summer-hot/humid, KCIR (I think it's about 1200' elevation?)

Was meant to be a "nitrous dependent" combination so it was kind of a pig without it.

      3.051 330'
      1/8 4.745 @ 144.74 mph
Haven't ran the full 1/4 with this combo yet. With a six year old Reher-Morrison 555 it'll run low 7.80's in the 171 mph range. Most passes were at Memphis Motorsports Park, and the quickest times have been in September.

2001 Buick Regal GS, 3.8s/c, auto

Stock, no tricks, add about 70 lbs. weight plus 250 for driver, 14.97@96 mph at Bremerton Raceway, WA.

        1987 Dodge Diplomat, 360, 4-speed

Only one time so far, ever. Stalled at line, then blew first and second away in anger. Looking more at quarter-mile MPH than anything.

Have to look at the time slip, but usual DA here is 2500~3500 in the spring, starting line is 1719' altitude.
When the fast pass were made, Baro usually 28.14 station pressure, temp 70~80F, humidity 35%
                Average pass - 1.66 60', 7.35 @ 93.5

Usual DA here is 2000~3500 in the spring and fall, 3500~5000 summer. Starting line is 1719' altitude.
We lose about between 1 and 2 tenths in the mid summer when temps average 95 to 105F. Such is life on pump gas LOL. We pick up 2~3 tenths if we pull to Ft. Worth/Dallas or San Antonio, depending on the weather (RH is mucho higher in those towns).

Home track is Lebanon Valley, NY. Track elevation is approx. 500 ft and if I remember right, temp was in the 80's

Not real fast, but fast enough for now. I still use it as a truck. Still could use some tuning, I haven't done anything to it. I want to go faster, but it will be with one of the cars.

I've only made 2 full passes, and I had the launch and shift rpm's turned way down, but here it is. It's a '69 front engine dragster, chassis builder unknown, 180" WB, never weighed it. Engine is a 400 small block Chevy, I believe it's .060 over, with Dart Iron Eagle heads, 13.7:1 compression, solid cam with unknown specs, Offenhauser tunnel ram, Carter Competition Series AFB's. Powerglide transmission, 8 3/4" mopar rear end, 4.30 gear, M&H 11.00-16 nostalgia top fuel slicks, Halibrand 16x11's.

This was at Milan, MI, in October of 2006.

                    60 ft: 1.2763
                    1/8: 5.6472 @ 121.67
                    1/4: 8.9454 @ 145.16

Here's a video of the previous pass, where I hit the rev limiter a couple hundred feet before the finish line. I bumped the limit up on the next pass, but I didn't get video.
