How To Edit Title?

We used to be able to edit the title of a thread that we had started. I don't seem to be able to do this now. Is that because I'm trying to edit a title of an old thread (old system) or is this ability gone? If doable, how?

I have not found out how to do that either Dan.

There is a 5-minute limit to edit a post, after that no editing or deleting.
