    New Truck!!

    Well...new to me anyway...pics to come but I am picking up a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, standard cab, short box, 318 auto 4X4 for my oldest son....

    It has some minor front end damage but I can bang it out to look presentable and it could use paint..but overall it is well worth the $1000 dollars I am giving for it...

              No, I have some wheels I need to change out and a stereo I need to get out of it...Maybe in the next few weeks I will unload it...think I might just ask 1500 obo....get it gone, I can use it to pay some bills.

                  First thing was first, the front bumper was smashed in, so I removed it and beat it back into something that did not look like a taco.
                  Second, the interior was F*&(ing GROSS, I mean gross...it stunk and there was trash and sand everywhere...I scrubbed a little.
                  Then I washed it, cleaned the rims and tires and cleaned the glass...It sucks because I KNOW I can turn this truck for at least 3K right now...but...the kid needs a car...I really do not want to give it to him now that it is clean..I should have left it dirty!
                  It has a nice stereo and it has a cat back Flowmaster system on it...it runs real strong, shifts clean...
                  As it sits right now it needs a drag link, a sway bar down link, shocks and u-joins on the drive shaft....all that is cake...

                  What do you guys think...good deal?

                          LOL! sh!t...if you can find something dependable for a grand around here let me know...there is no such thing....he is a full time student and works full time...i cnt pay for his school so...this is the only way I can help him....
