ok back in january we gave up are var. payments where too high and it was falling a part.
they said it will be auctioned off and we will have to pay the difference to make up what we owe (6,000) well fast forward to last week it finally goes to auction and some one paid $7,258.89 for it :o today we got a check for $1200
i seriously think who ever bid on it was under the influence of some vary good drugs and i want some :D
here is why
driver wheel baring was shot the calliper was holding the wheel on (literaly i had the new hub in the garage waiting to go on)
passenger axle was leaking grease (agian had was ready to go on)
needed the passenger control arm replaced
rear vents where stuck on the floor setting. bad actuater motor
coolant leaking out of the LIM gasket on the 3400.
the 4t65-e would slip from a stop
driver rear sliding door would not close using the power feature had to have the over ride on that turned off the sliding motor
driver seat was busted
had a bent rim (had a bad shake had a new rim in the garage)
the third row seat was not in it (forgot a bout it and GM refused to retrieve it)
A/C line going to the rear had a leak
check engine light for EVAP
heavy rocker rust
it was a 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette GLS FWD extended. they must have not let any one test drive it before action lol
so if any one in michigan sees a metallic maroon silhouette with tan leather for sale might want to think twice. it was actioned off in Lansing :D :D
