Mistake on that first tractor. That's a 215 aluminum Buick - I'd know that engine anywhere. I onnce had 5 of 'em, including the one in my Vega. I headr that there was a conspiracy and the Brits stole the tooling......

Dan, Range Rover bought the tooling and produced that engine for decades. Even as late as the 1990s they were using the same basic design!That which you manifest is before you.Comment

Actually, I knew that. I was just making a funny. Interesting thing is - the Brits put that motor in a LOT of stuff, including Rover cars and (never sold here, darn it) the MGD, which was a B with the Buick V8. I don't think they were very common even in England.
