That's my You Tube channel, thanks for promoting it. The video is Australian. Its from an '80s children's show. They must've had a good budget to go to America for a story. It was originally recorded on Beta, then copied to VHS, then converted to digital. So its lost some of its clarity over the years. Glad you like it.
