as a couple of you probably have noticed..i have not been posting much in the last 2 months or so..
serveral reasons:
i had quit my parts job to go work for the local Toyoda dealership in the service dept...then a great opp came up..4 days of meetings ,observations and negociations:
i am now the service manager of a 10 bay repair shop (lotsa perks and more $$$..but a couple more hours..did i say more $$$?)no more weekends!!!!!
my wife of 4 yrs and i are graciously parting ways...(i have to live for myself again).our house sold in 4 days, two weeks ago..we are closing in july...i am moving back into my loft i had before we met (cool!) at the end of the month..can we say disposable income boys and girls??!
and i just bought a car!i need heads for my 509 shortblock,a 1050, a rad and fan,shifter,tach,and headers.
i was going to post my cell phone pics (car is still at shop) but they are really bad..so i will go down next weekend with a camera and take real pics...sorry guys.
1970 Nova SS. original 396 4 speed car from canada..$8500 in chassis work/parts (sheetmetal rear end,minitub/ladderbar and 29x10.5 W's on Monocoque wheels..ALL steel.original interior (no race buckets)all factory glass.a great 10 footer cuz paint is 16 years old!!!
