E4OD shot craps today....DAM!

Rear planet...Broke, Converter...discolored and blue and the fluid was a cool silvery red color

Got it out this afternoon and I'll get it torn down tomorrow.....CRAP!

Yup....last time it just smoked the clutches. This time I think it had something to do with the 18k lbs we moved yesterday. What good is it having a work truck unless you can actually work it hard?...

Plus, the front pump stator is bent...yeah that's what I said too, "bent ?!?! WTF!" The sprag decided to take a vacation too...

Anybody got a 5 speed laying around for one of these truck that they want to get rid of?

Yea I've never been a big fan of the E4OD either, but it is what it is. If I could find a truck 5 speed for a reasonable price, it'd already be in there.
