I know it's just Tuesday everywhere else, but here in New Orleans it's Mardi Gras , so from all of us in the WHO DAT nation we wish y'all a happy Mardi Gras.

Now y'all are getting over-indulgent. Didn't y'all just HAVE a Mardi Gras when the Saints came home? I saw it on TV - floats and beads and all. This is getting redundant.
Wait, did I think "over-indulgent" and "New Orleans" in the same thought? I mean, I only drank for three continuous years there one weekend a long time ago.
"Remy-Z, you've outdone yourself again, I thought a Mirada was the icing on the cake of rodding, but this Imperial is the spread of little 99-cent candy letters spelling out "EAT ME" on top of that cake."
We skipped Mardi Gras this year, but we're coming down for Jazzfest. Anyone here going to be there? mini bangshift get-together for the Jon Cleary performance, perhaps?
(wife was born and raised in New Orleans; we got married there - officially my favorite city!)

We'll be there APril 22-25. That's the opening weekend. There are a few "big name" acts coming, but the main reason we go are a couple of the local favorites... Jon Cleary's band was the best I've seen/heard in a long time, he's the keyboardist for Bonnie Raitt but is far better with his own band.
You guys should come out! I can almost taste the crawfish bread...
