      Does the guy running the second largest car company in the world need to be a gearhead or just a busniess manager?
      In a country of 300 million people, are these attributes mutually exclusive?

      In "Dialtone" Ed's defense, there have been plenty of alleged "car guys" that have made bad calls in Motown. Ed "Vega" Cole and Lee "Pinto" Iacocca immediately race to mind.

      But for my money, I'd rather the guy with veto power know a little more about cars than how to change tires and where the fuel goes in.
