No A/C and wind up windows. Try to find a new Cobalt with no A/C and wind up windows. I bet the new owner will either have it 1/4 inch off the ground, or on 26 inch rims.

I'm not a big fan of this body style (though it's not the ugliest big Chevy made), but I really dig the seat upholstery!! Overall, a pretty nice car with a tasteful color combination.

I'm thinking at that price its not going to end up on 30" wheels, thankfully. Usually its a $500 Chevy on $10,000 worth of ugly wheels and tires.

This car nearly pegs the WOW meter! Always loved the late '60/early '70 Caprices and Impalas; the concave rear window is very reminiscent of my old '70 Fury Gran Coupe. Very nice!
