Did anyone else see this show last night - entertaining to say the least.

I caught parts of it, not enough to form an opinion on it though.

Surprisingly I didn't nod off like I usually do after about 8:30. It kept me interested enough to stay awake until 10:00.
I think last night was the first episode (they'll replay it alot) so it was mostly a teaser for future shows. I'll try it again though.

i watched it. now i know why i like drag racing more than circle racing. maybe thats why circle racing is more popular, and it's the drama that keeps them coming back, and....i can even get past the guy crashing out the other guy on purpose, but, to back up and hit him again and again....i really don't know what i would do if i was put in that situation. I am really amazed they let that guy anywhere near a race track again, that being said, i'm sure it's going to be a hit.

If you exhibited that behavior on a road race course you'd be banned for life, and they'd tell all the other sanctioning bodies and they'd ban you.

Turning someone by bumping them in a corner is not unheard of, but the backing up and ramming someone repeatidly is just over the top.

I agree with all of you.

I watched it because I couldn't sleep, and it was entertaining, but not about racing. Just about the drama. With that said, I think they might have more production quality than our pilot did. But their in-car cameras SUCK OUT LOUD!!!!! I could teach them a lot about doing in car cameras. Wow.

I really liked it. Sitting in the snow encrusted igloo that is my home, without the hope of seeing any local racing for months, this is just what the doctor ordered. Great cast of characters, killer race track, generations of ugly family history, I think it was fun to watch.

Hell, the old guy crashing his car on the damn pace lap was awesome!

"My foot slipped off the brake"

Bullshit! He wasn't paying attention and didn't notice the car had stopped in front. I was glad that the incident didn't put Tim Brown (?) out of the race.

And his pit man was yelling on the radio about them being stopped - 2 turns ahead of the hit (of course that's about 100 feet is all) but it was entertaining - sure beats the hell out of Designing Women and the crap my wife watches.....
actually I found it because I was looking for Pawn Stars on History Channel but I'd watch it again DG.

I caught a little bit of the it towards the end... I too call BS on the old dude's foot slipping off the brake and getting on the gas.

It looks like this show is gonna' be like Deliverance goes to Walmart on Saturday night... it ain't gonna' be pretty, but it might be entertaining.
