That makes the combo only $3.95 USD, but it sure would give you sticker shock to see that.

The US GDP per capita is $39,751.

In other words, if you were Jamaican, you would pay the equivalent of around $40 for that combo. Take a family of four, and pay $160 for a fast-food meal? Not in my budget... I kinda doubt that many Jamaicans can afford to eat there, just the rich ones.
