has anyone used or flowed trick flow super 23 cnc heads?

has anyone used these? how do they compare to afr or dart heads? i picked up a good set for $600 just wondering how good they are. thanks.

if chevy car craft or chevy hiproformance has the flow specs on line for most heads aval.

sbc, they are the 230 cc runners

250 cfm on the intake and 190 on the exhaust from what I am seeing

that is for the 195 heads, i can't find much info on the 230cc heads though

I can only offer general info on these but, in general, Trick Flow stuff is pretty good. I have their intake on the 'Stang and know several guys with their heads and they're happy. But I don't think anyone I know has these specific heads.

i did find out that trick flow claims 310 int. and 240 exh. @ .700" but i guess i wont know for sure unless i have them checked. i'm just hoping i can get them to make 700hp on a pump gas 450 sbc.

whats the flow at .2 lift to .4
thats where the valve is most of the time it's open..

i couldn't find a full flow chart. that is all the info that i can find.
