Small(er) event in the midwest - March 2008

This is something that's become a bi-annual thing, it's happening this weekend, and then again in March, I think this is the 5th time it's occured?

Usually lots of nice wheelies, parts breaking, etc, and the best part is it's for domestics only!

They (the Tosto brothers who were on pinks) rent out KCIR for the day and let people register before hand, it's limited to 100 vehicles.

Here's the link to the info: http://www.mofbody.com/forums/viewfo...e8d409039e6ead

    Here's some of my coverage:

Doc and I will be there, I will be trying to crush my new front springs into submission after Drag Week the old ones would not hold the car off the tires.

          Why Thanks Keith!

That long drive on Wed. night killed the front springs so I am breaking in a new set, trying something new so I can be ready for next year. It really did not need to do the giant wheelstand Friday, but that in car camera was the bomb. Kyle even hit the red button for once, unlike the spark show at Pump Gas he missed :o LOL

Well it was me driving, we needed the added weight to kill the springs, but it will take some more re-entries to lower the ride enough for me.

I make it a habit to never take a picture of any of my cars, this is true. I dont want to sit around looking at how "cool or not" after its gone. I have had many, and about 4 pictures total. Till you came along. LOL Plus you do good work Kyle!

The heads up for March is great, however a bit late to take off for this one. Only 30 minutes away as well.
