We need to get ourselves to a hill climb some time soon. We don't mean the European style, winding road up a hill, hill climb. Nope, we mean haul ass up a sand or dirt hill with a blown big block and paddle tires hill climb. The truck featured in this video is one bad mother.
The title calls the truck a "record holding drag truck" we're thinking it is a mud drag truck as the chassis does not appear to be that of a Pro Stock drag truck and the motor, which sounds to be large and blown, would then make this a Pro Mod and we don't see it. In the sand this truck is insane. The big paddle tires move lots of sand and seem to get hella good traction, judging by the lunar leap over the top of the hill. This video rules!

That didn't look like a good angle for landing...the truck was rotating counter-clockwise hard while mid-jump...

Stage1Scott, have you ever seen the sand Jeep Chris Lee has/had with the Big Block Chevy in it? Holy hell I went to the sand dunes with him once and that thing rocketed up the side of a sand dune and I swear I was strapped into a space shuttle launching :o
